The tourism potentials of a territory rich in natural resources (the lake, mountains, rivers, meadows and woods, etc..), cultural resources (cultural heritage, history and well-known traditions) and economic resources (typical, dynamic production system), events of various kinds (cultural, sports, entertainment, etc..), led to the decision to create a structure that would guarantee you a high quality holiday.
Tourists can be attracted for several reasons: the high level of structure, easy access to sport activities, the presence of natural beauty, the possibility of deeper understanding of environmental issues, local flora and fauna, traditions and culture, local products.

During  the construction of the residence were adopted elements of a real house, with large spaces and extensive use of natural materials like marble and wood, in accordance with the requirements of environmental friendliness, energy saving, with thermal insulation and the installation of solar panels for hot water and electricity, etc...

Construction started in late 2004 and ended in June 2006.
The first guests have made their entry in the summer of 2006.
