The tenant agrees to observe standards of good neighbourliness, with mutual tolerance, and will behave in a manner consistent with the maintenance of a standard of decorum and quiet in the surroundings, avoiding the creation of sound or noise which could disturb the other guests, especially between 10 p.m. and 8.00 a.m.

The undersigned and cohabitants also agree to be jointly responsible for any compensation for damages owed to the Administration, whether incurred by the former or any guest of theirs visiting the apartment.

The tenant act as a custodian of the apartment that he rents. He explicitly exonerates the Administration from any responsibility for any direct or indirect injury which may occur to himself or his cohabitants whether intentional or without malice aforethought, by other tenants, staff or any third party, especially with regard to theft. The Administration cannot be held responsible for valuable s of any kind brought into the apartment by tenants. The undersigned declares that he takes note that is not allowed to use more than one additional bed. Therefore, he agrees not to lodge more people than the number stated.

The undersigned declares to have agreed that the rent is the amount indicated above, and will ensure that this amount is received in advance by Administration.

The rent includes the following services:

1. first cleaning of the flat (before you arrive), in-room safe, centralised TV antenna

2. wi-fi internet access in the bar and in the reception (except for the use of PC)

3. swimming pool, children playground area, 2 sun beds per flat (from 1/6 to 15/9)

4. sauna and turkish bath

5. Presence of a porters during the daytime (opening hours: from 9,00 to 12,00).

6. Parking space in communal car park (1 x app.).

7. children play park

8. Cleaning of communal areas and stairways

9. Hot and cold water supply.

10. Taxes at the rates in effect.

Compulsory supplement

In summer, you shall be charged a forfait cost of € 10 per person per week for the use of the electrical energy for the light and the kitchen. In winter, the cost of electrical energy and of the heating shall be calculated according to the actual consumption obtained by the relevant measurer. A cost of € 50 shall be charged for the final cleaning of the flat. The cleaning of the cooking area shall be on the gust’s behalf. In case of defaulting, you shall be charged € 50.

Optional extra charge

The cost for the supplying of the bed linen and the bathroom linen (2 towels per person) shall be € 10 per kit.

Tenants are obliged to accept and use the services provided by the Administration in the way in which they are supplied and organised.

The Administration is exonerated from any liability for the possible suspension of such services necessitated by the need for maintenance or plant repairs or for any other reason not attributable directly to it. The swimming-pool is unguarded, therefore, customer is responsible for risk or danger that may ensue from using it. Moreover, it is compulsory to use synthetic slippers, as well as to have a shower before accessing to the swimming pool area. The use of swimsuit is compulsory for children who are less than 3 years old and for any person for whom it is necessary.

The undersigned agrees to vacate the apartment of persons and property before 10,00 a.m. of the same day.

The check-in time shall be from 15,00 to 20,00 of the day of arrival (generally on Saturday). The Direction reserves the right to choose what flat and facilities (car park and swimming pool) are to offer to its guests. Any delays in the arrival time shall be agreed in advance. The Administration representatives have the right to retain a copy of the apartment keys and are allowed to enter at any moment for any intervention or control deemed necessary. The tenants will find the inventory regarding everything that are in the apartment. The apartment is completely furnished and supplied with kitchen equipment; crockery and cutlery for meal and linen, and that these are supplied in good state of repair. They undertake to return these items in the same condition and to answer for any loss or deterioration. On vacating the premises, the tenants must leave the

apartment clean and tidy. If this is not the case, any extra costs other than those of a normal cleaning will be billed to them.

Guarantee deposit lodged at the beginning of the relation will be returned some days after departure in the fastest way by post or bank to the address communicated at the arrival when the staff will have checked the flat.

The undersigned, at the risk of terminating the contract, takes note that it is forbidden: to keep animals in the apartments without the Administration written authorisation given on a case by case basis; to hang laundry outside except on the specially provided clothes-dryers; to park vehicles anywhere other than in the areas provided for this; to wash vehicles of any type in the grounds of the residence; to install or use electric heaters, air conditioners or any apparatus for rediffusion or similar; to tamper with the equipment installed in the apartment or to hang objects (pictures, posters, stickers) on the walls, on the furniture or fixtures.
